Very disappointing experience. We placed an order through Glovo from this shop, but received a completely different product. When we contacted them for a resolution, they refused to refund us and insisted that we go to the store ourselves to exchange it. This completely defeats the purpose of using a delivery service—especially since we paid specifically to avoid going to the shop. As it stands, we’re left without the product we ordered and out of pocket. We definitely won’t be ordering from this shop again neither but something considering that they can’t solve any problem that might happen to you.

A woman working in the store, fed my dog treats without asking and in a moment my back was turned. My dog has very bad allergies and was in the hospital four times this week. It is very unprofessional to feed dogs without asking permission.

I ordered online and everything arrived perfectly, in less than a week I could pick it up at the box office. The clerks have been very kind and for the online purchase they have given me things for kitten. I would repeat without a doubt !

We are planning to adopt our first dog and yesterday we had our proper first visit to the pet shop to get all the basics we need and what started as a very confusing experience ended so well thanks to the help, attention, patience and kindness of Miriam! Thank you Miriam for helping us with literally everything, your advice and walking us through every step of the way! We feel more ready now and much more knowledgeable after meeting you! We wish you all the best and keep up the amazing work!!! 💚

Store refused to take unopen product back due to policy. The product was suggested by one of the employees for animal skin. After checking it later I realised it is for surfaces only (checking on the official website of the product) and wanted to return it. They refused. Note: I was a client of Animal Tienda for years. Waiting for a reply on how we can solve this situation.Date of purchase: 28.12.2023. Date of return: 08.01.2024. My apologies, it was holiday and I travelled. 14 days policy is a norm these days!
